Almacom Thailand will join The NECTEC Annual Conference & Exhibition 2009 (NECTEC-ACE 2009) which will take place on September 23-25, 2009 at Thailand Science Park, Pathumthani, Thailand.

The conference is an annual meeting that brings together a community of researchers, developers, practitioners, and users involved with electronics, computer, telecommunication, and information technology. The objective of the meeting is to serve as both the premier venue for presenting foremost research results in the areas and as a forum for introducing and exploring new concepts. The conference will feature invited talks, invited papers, refereed papers and posters, tutorials, workshops, and exhibitions.

Almacom Thailand will have the booth in the exhibition area as well as a presentation on " OpenERP: The rise of open source business management software ” On September 23 at 10.00 -10.40 hours and follow by Q and A session on the same day at 14.45 pm.

Open ERP version 5.0.3

We are proud to announce you the release of Open ERP version 5.0.3.
This release is a *security update* of the 5.0.2 version released two weeks ago.
All Open ERP users are encouraged to upgrade their instances. Odoo users will be
automatically and freely upgraded in the next hours.
In addition of a few bugfixes, a speed improvement has also been done:
* Twice as fast for flow: sale -> invoice -> payment
* Speed improvement in record creation: four times faster on partners
